Production Cycle
STAGE 1 : Primary Jaw Crusher
Primary jaw crusher reduced large size rocks or bolders stone to smaller size, before proced to secondary crusher.
STAGE 2 : Secondary Cone Crusher
Using High performance hydraulic secondary cone crusher for further size reduction in order to get required size.
STAGE 3 : VSI
Using Vertical shaft impactor (VSI) as a tertiary crusher for shaping the granules edges to attain cubically shaped grounded edges.
STAGE 4 : Air Classification - VSI ULTRA
VSI M - sand fed to air classified for separating flaky particles it ensures uniform graduation and give ultra finish M-sand.
STAGE 5 : Wet Classification
This is the stage we do washing process to remove slurry from manufacturing sand to obtain desirable premium concrete and plaster sand.
