M-sand is an alternative for river sand which is primarily used for construction purpose
produced from hard rock stone & resembling river sand granules as per IS standards.
Dust is crushed rock fines which obtained during production of stone aggregates
like 6, 12, 20, 40, mm it is not good for construction which is not pass IS standards.
VSI M - sand for vertical shaft impactor, which make stone particle
round shape and grounded edges and other parameters of sand aggregates.
After blunting the shape edges to attain cubically shaped grounded edges ultra
mess used to separate flaky particles which remove less then 150 microns.
This is the process of separating the flaky particles by using air blowing effects.
It is comparatively older technology to remove micro fines, to improve the quality
of manufacture sand, we supply Air wash who particularly ask it.
Washing M - sand meant for washing classification method to remove micro fines
(silt or flaky particles) for improving the quality of manufacturing sand. We do dual
pro screening and multi pro screening washed method to produce better quality premium
M - sand which meet IS Standards.

M - sand (Below 4.75 mm ) applicable for concrete and wall construction purpose.
This will be having coarser granules which is not suitable for plaster work.
Plaster M - sand will be starting from 2.36 mm and it as separate IS standards.

passing for m - sand & Plaster M - sand is different.
Yes it can be use 100% alternative substitute to river sand.
Not necessarily, technically no issue will appears if you use plaster M - sand.
You can mix River sand to maintain Internal temperature which is optional & personal
interest.
